I was unaware that my Silhouettes could be cleaned in place. I had tried a couple of cleaners and they said they could not do them. I called Hunter Douglas and was referred to a site that had BAYVIEW ON-SITE listed. My questions were promptly answered and a service appointment was made and completed when promised. It is a pleasure to have found a company that offers a service and does a great job. I was getting tired of having to settle for sub-par service.

I am very pleased with the results of the work by BAYVIEW ON-SITE. When I first contacted them, they responded very professionally, explaining the process they use and the results they are certain of, and also the problems they anticipated. They arrived on time, had all of their equipment at hand, discussed with me fully what they expected and the process they would use, and then went to work for several hours to clean roman shades that had never been cleaned in the ten years or so since their installation. They were remarkably successful in removing water stains, and restoring the Irish linen shades to the bright white of their original color. I have great respect for the thorough and professional work they provided, and for the reasonableness of the cost. I highly recommend this company.
