We are glad you asked…

Will you be taking your Window Coverings down?

Your window coverings will be cleaned right in place where they hang. There is no need for time consuming and costly removal and rehanging. There is no “down time”.

How long will the cleaning process take?

It will take several hours from the time we arrive, inspect, measure, set up equipment, deep clean then pack up equipment. It really depends on how many window coverings and/or furniture will be cleaned and refreshed. While Hunter Douglas window coverings will be nearly dry as we drive away, draperies and upholstered pieces will need more time to completely dry. Most items will be back in use within the day.

Will the fabrics be damaged?

There will be no loss of resins or sizing. Draperies will keep their original shape and stay looking new longer.

Will the cleaning process shrink the fabric?

The On-Site process is the gentlest available. Since the On-Site method cleans your draperies right where they hang, they are not soaked and twisted in solution as in regular in-plant dry cleaning. This means no shrinkage and no damage to your valuable draperies and other fabrics.

We are remodeling our home. What can you do for us?

Whether you are doing a whole house remodel or just sprucing up with new paint, it makes sense to have your window coverings taken down to avoid having them damaged by paint splatters and construction dust. We offer a take down and re-hang service as well as cleaning them.

Are there health benefits?

According to the Environmental Protection Agency, the average person spends 90 percent or more of their time indoors, where levels of pollutants may be two to five times (and occasionally more than 100 times) higher than outdoor levels. This makes it extremely important to perform regular maintenance inside your home or business. In addition to vacuuming, cleaning on a regular basis, using a certified technician for cleaning will help extend the life of your window coverings and upholstery ensuring that your home or business is healthful for those who live and work there.
