They arrived 10 minutes early.  they looked very neat, clean, professional, and they conducted business professionally, with great respect and care.  Plus they were knowledgeable, and skilled at cleaning my 15' luminette and 4 other silhoutte.  They got the 17 years of dust and grime all out and look beautiful.  They worked very hard, and definitely had a system.  they came in with a lot of gear, but it is so they could be prepared to take of what every issues they came across.
